NORCO offers a ten (10) year and one (1) year lease with three different options available, depending on the size of the tank within each lease. In general there are small, medium, and large cylinders. Customer owned cylinders may be exchanged for a like-size tanks (provided the cylinder is within test and in relatively decent shape) without enrolling in any of the above lease programs.
If a lease is terminated early, all programs revert to a $3.75 monthly demerge charge, per cylinder, for the number of months that they were enrolled in the program. For example: If a customer were enrolled in a 10 year lease on a set of small cylinders, and no longer needed the tanks after two years (24 months) they would be billed $180.00. Cylinder one: $3.75 X 24 months = $90.00, Cylinder 2: $3.75 X 24 months = $90.00. Your deposit would be used to offset any outstanding balance. Under no circumstances would a customer be billed for more than the original lease amount paid on any cylinder.
