Install and remove any size residential propane storage tank with one operator. This third generation, completely redesigned, ASME tank carrier from Renaldo Sales provides unmatched traction, stability and power. One operator remains in total control of any size residential storage tank; from 250 to 1000-gallons, from your yard to the customers location. Most notably, the EZTC206 now features a dual wheel drive platform that maximizes traction with AG type bar tires mounted directly to the hydrostatic transaxle. No more drive chains to contend with. The Hydro-Gear 310 transaxle provides infinitely variable speed range in both forward and reverse, while at the same time providing hydraulic power to the forks of the main power unit. Raise and lower the forks of the main power unit with the touch of a switch. This new transaxle also features a hand operated differential lock that can be engaged on the fly, locking both drive wheels in sync for posi-traction. Spot tanks where no boom truck should go. Safety A kill switch is located on the motor mount assembly near the base of the spring loaded steering handle. Should the operator loose control of the unit, and release the handle bar, the carrier will shut down. With a ground clearance of 19" (48 cm) maximum, and agricultural bar type tires for a sure grip on any terrain, this tank carrier can go just about anywhere you customer asks you to place a tank. The EZT206 consists of three components; a main power unit, and two wheel jacks. Both wheel jacks are removed from the power unit and placed at the opposite end of the tank. Two 6,500-lb. breaking strength nylon straps are used to secure the tank to the wheel jacks. One 18,000-lb. breaking strength nylon strap is used to secure the power unit to the tank. Once attached the operator can lift the tank off the ground a maximum of 19-inches. Paired with a dual axle utility trailer, the EZTC206 ASME residential storage tank mover is an inexpesive alternative to a dedicated crane truck. To transport the tank and dolly to the job site, a utility trailer is necessary. Or, you have the option to crane the tank carrier and tank onto a truck, seperately. Our CLT7000 Tank Trailer was designed specifically for use with this method of tank installation. However, any quality trailer with a ramp, tie down rings, and of sufficient GVW can perform the same function. Plus, you have the additional benefit of using the trailer for alternative purposes. Once the carrier is attached to a tank it stays that way throughout loading, transport, delivery and site preparation. It's a tremendous labor saver. |
